Objective

To create a memorable and interactive experience for the attendees of HSBC's annual senior employees conference at The Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi.

Solution

We created a cricket-themed event to provide an interesting platform to involve the attendees across nationalities and backgrounds.

Attendees were given custom-made cricket outfits, designed and branded on the same lines as professional cricket apparel.

Cricket legend Kapil Dev and celebrity commentator Harsha Bhogle hosted an interactive session using sports as a benchmark of teamwork and corporate success.

This session was followed by team-building games and the event ended on a high note with a cricket-themed award night recognizing the top achievers of HSBC from across the middle east.

Result

The event was very well accepted by all attendees and the interactive session with Kapil Dev and Harsha Bhogle earned top points from HSBC's management.
