Around 8000 girls across Delhi NCR were supported.
Entire holistic development was the Key. Community Youth Leaders (CYLs) were hired to ensure that every child becomes healthy and active in sports and is fully dedicated to their studies.
Skill Development and Remedial Classes were provided to 1500 girls each.
The strategic direction was provided for the holistic development of the girl child.
Within the 1st phase, over 6000 girls across Delhi, the NCR region and Visakhapatnam were supported in the long term period of 10 years.
Increased allotment and changed viewpoints of parents, community leaders, youth, and school authorities through counselling and direct financial assistance.
Promoted the possibility of further higher education through infrastructure support. For example: provided proper sanitation facilities, i.e., toilets and bathrooms to encourage continuity in education for school girls.
Used the medium of sports to engage girls, impart knowledge, help develop leadership skills, and ensure an education that would lead to income generation, recognition in society and overall growth.
