Scope of Work

To set the vision of the initiative

To train the youth from the top ten cities of India, namely Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Mysore, Bengaluru, Jabalpur, Indore, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar & Patna.

To provide training on soft skills.

To identify and train women to enter the workforce.

Project Execution

2000 youth were trained to be Two Wheeler Mechanics.

The next phase has been aimed at training women for dealerships & office jobs.

The auto course was tailored comprising Eicher Commercial & two wheelers as a part of the curriculum including both theory and practical

Maintained contacts with the trained youth for two years to aid education and the promotion of self-enterprise.
