Build equitable andInclusive Social Outcomes

Under ACT, we consider the Monitoring & Evaluation function as participative, and collaborative, and focus on what was the intended impact and then work backwards. We delve into the issues and use the cross-category experience to provide inputs that will create a win-win for the beneficiary, the donor, and the NGO or implementing agency.

We believe that no aspect of the program is too minor for us – be it the mobilization, the program delivery plan, the training and learning materials, or even the social detractors, influencers, and the operating environment. We arrive at a possible course correction to deliver the intended Social Return on Investment (SROI).

We work closely with the NGOs as their allies. While being entirely sympathetic to their challenges, we protect their interests on commitments that they have made to their Donor while also being fully compliant with the Donor’s interest and reporting norms.

Meaningful, Effective and True Change

We make a conscious effort to understand, audit and evaluate your CSR project to ensure effective delivery and achieve desired results. We conduct surprise field visits, interviews and generate MIS reports to compile a detailed monitoring report. Our approach entails measuring the success of a project through the lens of:

Efficiency

We measure the efficiency of your project by determining the amount of time and resources put into the project relative to the outputs and outcomes.

icon1

Effectiveness

We go through the hustle and grit to measure how effective is your project, whether the program is useful in reaching project goals and objectives or has resulted in positive outcomes.
