Exhibition stand for Travelport:

To ensure a memorable, hard hitting and substantial debut for Travelport at ATM (Arabian Travel Mart) 2009, the Middle East's largest and most awaited travel and hospitality business event attracting over 2000 participants from over 60 countries
To design a brand new exhibition stand and an activation plan to engage visitors at the exhibition
asset created a vibrant, two-tier, open, island style exhibition stand using the principal brand colors as well as an innovative design. The stand design and branding ensured visibility from all major walkways and entry points, while space was optimized to include two private meeting rooms, a casual seating area, a presentation area, four individual demo workstations, an imposing reception, ample storage and individual service areas on both levels
A branded Hummer stretch limousine was commissioned to give free rides to ATM guests between the convention centre and various parking areas. The limo also ferried VIPs and Travelport guests between the venue and hotels. Once in the limo, guests were treated to cold towels, water and soft drinks and could browse branded literature as they enjoyed the Travelport hospitality
The stand also had four attractive models who would pose with guests along with a dedicated pro photo team. A high speed mini digital studio was set up within the stand and the photographs were instantly printed along with Travelport ATM branding and presented to the guests before they leave the stand, creating memorable interaction opportunities between the Travelport team and their clients
In a recession hit market, Travelport's cost conscious but smart investment paid great dividends and the entire exercise cemented Travelports perception as a global leader and gave them a great launch in the Middle East
